Product Details
The Automatic Shrink Tunnel (BSD4020) is a machine that applies heat to POF film so that it tightens around products. It contains a tunnel that is 1200 mm long, 450 mm wide and 200 mm high. On the conveyor belt, items move at speeds that reach 16 meters every minute. For items that weigh up to 18 kg, the system maintains an even flow. By using 12.8 kW of power at 380V 50/60Hz, the heating elements produce enough thermal energy to shrink film on packages with dimensions up to 450 mm in width and 200 mm in height. With external measurements of 1600 × 719 × 1444 mm, the machine occupies a specific amount of floor space. To ensure the unit does not move during operation, the structure has a mass of 180 kg. When the operator adjusts the temperature and the flow of air, the film does not warp or change shape incorrectly. As a result the outer layer of the package is smooth and clear. If a facility already uses sealing or packing machines, this tunnel connects to them directly. In this configuration, the total number of products processed by the packaging line increases.
