100 Piece/Min Online Coding Machine, 8840 is designed for high-speed inline coding on production lines. It prints 100 pieces every minute and the conveyor belt moves at 70 meters per minute so that it can mark products that move quickly. Because the body consists of stainless steel, the machine does not rust and remains clean during use. With black ink the system creates marks that are easy to see plus read on many different types of materials. For the creation of characters, the 8840 uses a printhead that releases 35 drops to control how fonts form. By using this method, the machine ensures that the height of characters and the placement of dots are the same every time to meet industrial needs. On a typical factory floor, the unit functions well because the air around it is approximately 30°C. To lower the time that workers spend changing settings or moving parts, the system connects directly to current production lines.
