Product Details
In its design the Automatic Batch Coding Machine functions for high speed and continuous batch plus expiry coding on production lines. It is an automatic system that uses the LINX 8840 or LINX-8920 platform. By using this technology, the machine prints quickly and precisely with inkjet methods. As the print response occurs in 0.1 microseconds, the machine forms characters accurately when production lines move at high speeds. For different materials but also levels of stickiness, the system uses both ink and solvent. There is a nominal capacity classification of 15 for this system. Because of this rating, the machine is suitable for packaging environments in the fast moving consumer goods, pharmaceutical as well as industrial sectors where workers change batches many times during a work shift. To ensure that operators do not need to intervene often, the machine has simple controls and functions that happen automatically. With those features, the time needed for setup is lower or the codes are more consistent. And because of this design, the machine supports traceability across many types of packaging formats.
