The Tray Sealing Machine REMA-7878TS - 1,000 Trays/Hour, Polyethylene seals trays and cups at a rate of 1 000 units every hour. It uses 220 V AC electricity and 6 - 8 kg of air pressure to create seals on containers that hold 1 kg of mass. The machine regulates the heat and the force applied to the materials. In this way the device keeps food edible for longer durations plus prevents liquids from escaping the containers. As a result of those functions, the machine produces less trash and maintains an even output for food manufacturers. There are consistent results because the settings do not vary during the process. To ensure reliability, the mechanism applies uniform pressure across the entire surface of each tray. The system is effective for industrial operations that require high volume.
