Jwala Techno Engineering manufactures automatic and semi-automatic plants for jam processing. We supply and install complete plants for the production of Mango Jam, Squash, Jellies and Marmalade. Mango jam is normally prepared from ready made mango pulp. But in some cases mango jam is produced directly from fresh mango fruit. The following types of machines are involved in jam processing plant: 1. Sugar syrup preparation vessels 2. Mixing and blending tanks for mixing pulp and sugar syrup, 3. Vacuum Pan evaporator or Steam Jacketed Kettle evaporation etc. 4. Filling and Packing machines Jam is normally filled in glass bottles.
