Fully automatic operation means that the equipment has a professional control system to complete daily operation, and the fully automatic concrete batching plantis controlled by the whole computer system.Pre assembled batching plant can be quickly moved on low bed semi-trailers. 56 cu. m/hr equipped with Stetter Pan mixer or Stetter Twin shaft mixer. Inline silo or compartment batcher options are available for aggregate storage.There are two types of concrete batch plants. There are ready-mix plants and central-mix plants. Ready-mix plants combine all of the materials except for water at the concrete plant. This mixture is put into a concrete transportation truck and taken to the project site where water is added.
