Product Details
Automatic Sealing Machine ideal for sealing pre-filled pouches. Uniquely designed sealer is designed and developed by our R&D team for removing the need for a teflon belt which tends to wear out frequently. Machine is ideal for sealing of pre-formed pouches in Food, Agri, Pesticides, Flour, Chemical, Cement, Fertilizer and pharmaceutical industries. Presettable Digital temperature controller is used to set , monitor and control various temperature requirement as per the type and thickness of pouch material. Sealing is achieved by heat generated by the heaters and a special heat transfer mechanism which do not need teflon belt. The hot Gripper belts carry the pouch and cause localize melting of pouch material. and subsequent sealing by metallic and rubber pressure roller. The pouch carrying conveyor and gripper belts are driven by common drive resulting in synchronous movements of pouches.Salient Features: Sturdy and robust Design for handling heavy load.
