The Tray & Cup Sealing Machine - 3 kW, Vacuum & Gas Flush, 2–3 Cycles/min removes air and injects gas to create modified atmosphere packaging. The frame consists of anodized aluminum or SS-304 stainless steel. It reaches a vacuum level of 99.5% plus completes 3 - 4 cycles every minute. There are Delta PLC & HMI systems that control the operations. With precision pneumatic components and tools made for specific tray sizes, the machine creates seals that do not leak but also edges that are smooth.
