Automatic bottle single head screw capping machine adopts inverter control and circle disc splitter positioning, to implementation of the caps capping.A capping machine's main function is to apply a metal or plastic thread lid, snap, or caps accurately and securely to a container or bottle. Capp closing machines also process plugs and other similar closures. These systems ensure sanitary workspaces, high production speeds, and affordable manufacturing costs.Capping is a three-step process that utilizes the enzymes RNA triphosphatase, guanylyltransferase, and methyltransferase. Through a series of three steps, the cap is added to the first nucleotide's 5' hydroxyl group of the growing mRNA strand while transcription is still occurring.A precise cap chute is fed to the cap from the sampling system, and the cap is picked up by the bottle as it passes under the chute. The system is generally compatible with a variety of lids, including skirts and aluminum lids.
