This plant integrates advanced hydraulic and vibration technologies, automated material handling, and computerized controls to ensure efficient, high-capacity, and consistent brick production.Automation: Operates with a PLC-based or computerized control panel, automating all stages—material feeding, mixing, molding, pressing, and ejection—minimizing manual labor and ensuring consistent output.Production Capacity: Capable of producing between 1,300 and 3,000+ bricks per hour, depending on the model and configuration.Brick Type: Specializes in solid fly ash bricks, but many plants can also produce hollow blocks, paver blocks, and other concrete products by changing molds.Hydraulic & Vibration Technology: Uses high hydraulic pressure (often 60–144 tons) and advanced vibration systems to compact the fly ash mixture, resulting in high-density, strong, and dimensionally accurate bricks.Material Handling: Processes a mix of fly ash (a byproduct of thermal power plants), cement, sand, and water, contributing to sustainable and eco-friendly construction practices.Precision & Quality: Ensures uniform size (commonly 230 x 110 x 75 mm, with 1 mm tolerance), high compressive strength, low water absorption, and excellent durability.Energy Efficiency: Designed for optimal power consumption, with connected loads ranging from 23 HP to over 100 HP depending on capacity and features.Durability: Built with heavy-duty steel frames and robust components for long operational life and minimal maintenance.
