The high-velocity air stream dislodges dust, fibres, and other loose foreign particles from the internal surfaces.Simultaneously, the vacuum extraction system draws the contaminated air and loosened particles out of the bottle and directs them towards the designated filtration and collection arrangement.After completion of the cleaning cycle, the nozzles automatically retract and the cleaned bottles move forward towards the subsequent filling operation.This waterless cleaning process provides an effective method of internal container cleaning without requiring conventional liquid washing agents.
