Our organization is developing and elevating in accordance with the market demands and trends from time to time. Automatic Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) Plant is a construction machine that precisely proportions, mixes, and delivers a uniform blend of aggregates, water, and binder (like bitumen) for road base/sub-base construction, featuring automated feeders, a pugmill mixer, water flow controllers, and conveyors for efficient, high-quality, dust-reduced road material production, meeting standards like M.O.S.T. for stability.  Key Components Aggregate Feeders: Multiple bins for different aggregate sizes, precisely controlled. ** Pugmill Mixer:** Twin-shaft mixer with heavy-duty paddles for thorough blending. Water Tank & Flow Controller: For adding exact moisture content. Conveyor Belts: Transport materials within the plant and to the output. Control Panel: Human-Machine Interface (HMI) for automated operation and monitoring.  How it Works (Automated Process) Feeding: Aggregates are loaded into respective bins, and the control system automatically doses them. Mixing: Aggregates are conveyed to the pugmill, where water and binder are added for a homogeneous mix.
