Description
The Bag Emptying System is designed to automatically or semi-automatically open and empty bags into a receiving hopper or downstream conveying system with minimum dust emission and manual handling.
It ensures clean, efficient, and continuous feeding of powders or granules into process equipment such as mixers, blenders, dryers, or reactors.

Working Principle

The operator places the filled bag on the loading table or conveyor.

The empty bag is collected in a bag compactor or waste chute.
