Besan Plant - 1 Ton/hr, 25 HP Installed Power, 3 Phase is a commercial machine with a capacity of 1000 kilograms per hour and 25 horsepower of installed power. It runs on a three phase electrical supply to grind toor, urad, moong, chana, masoor and different legumes. The frame is thick mild steel which resists bending plus vibration. There is an integrated cleaner and a destoner that remove dirt but also rocks from the seeds before they enter the mill. To ensure the output remains constant, the mechanical system operates without stopping. The assembly is a tool for high volume manufacturing that remains functional over long periods of use.
