Mill Power BP2 (2 HP) Masala Grinding Machine is a compact commercial pulverizer designed for small-batch spice grinding with consistent fineness and stable performance. Manufactured by Mill Power Pvt. Ltd. (Since 1983 – 40 Years of TRUST), BP2 is ideal for small masala units, kirana/spice shops, home-based food brands, cloud kitchens, and ayurvedic/herbal processors looking for an economical, reliable grinding setup. BP2 is available in Mild Steel (MS) or SS304 stainless steel full body, built using heavy-duty ISI metals for long service life and rugged shop-floor use. It supports 220V / 415V, 50Hz with Single Phase / Three Phase options (as per configuration), making it suitable for different installation requirements. With 2 HP power, BP2 delivers around 20 kg/hr capacity (material dependent) with approx. 1.5 kWh power consumption. (Motor price is extra and depends on motor brand like Crompton or other make.) For smooth operation and uniform grinding, the machine uses a Balanced Beater mechanism mounted on an MS heavy-duty fabrication structure, helping reduce vibration and maintain stable running during continuous batches. It includes a 3-screen set with all accessories to control particle size and achieve the required masala texture. For monitoring and overload safety, BP2 comes with an AMP meter and optimal cable setup, allowing operators to track current draw during grinding. Installation can be done with an anti-vibration pad, and depending on floor condition and workload, a foundation may be recommended for best stability. Power transmission is designed with a single or double belt & pulley mechanism depending on model requirement, ensuring dependable torque transfer for various spice and herb loads. BP2 is suitable for grinding all masala items, including chilli, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, clove, dry leaves, and ayurvedic herbs, delivering consistent output and batch uniformity. Mill Power also offers the complete BP series—BP2 to BP50—covering production capacities from 20 kg/hr up to 500 kg/hr to match different business scales.
