Counting & Packing Machine - Its a Plc operated machine with Touch screen HMI the pouch formation filling and sealing is an automatic process. The cable lugs are fed in the bowl feeder and transferred to the conveyor the cable lugs on the conveyor passes under precision laser sensor and are counted and packed in the pouches. Incase the bowl feeder runs out of the product and the specified count is not available the machine goes in the halting mode. The counts to be packed are fed in the HMI as per the requirement and the output of the machine will depend on the number of counts to be packed.Additional Information Delivery Time With in 20 to 80 days
