Product Details
Single Head Pouch Packing Machines is device made of stainless steel that uses a vertical mechanical process to form, fill and seal packages. It packs powders plus granules that flow easily into pouches with a center seal for weights up to 1 kg. It is built to be strong and functions in ways that are not complex for food but also non food production. By using an auger filler that is accurate, the machine ensures that the amount of product is the same even when the density of the product changes. For small pouches, it operates at speeds up to 45 pouches per minute - but for heavier packages, the mechanical rate is approximately 10 pouches per minute. Due to its design, the machine needs compressed air and runs at a frequency of 50 Hz. With mechanics for handling film as well as cutting seals that are direct, the machine allows operators to change parts and perform repairs easily.
