Product Details
This 20ppm Automatic Chips Packing Machine is a vertical form-fill-seal system. It packages chips into pouches made of BOPP laminate that weigh up to 2 kg. For industrial users, it provides high production rates. Because the frame uses materials suitable for food, the final packages are appropriate for retail stores. If the power source is a single phase 230V connection, the device uses 3 kW of electricity. On a standard cycle, it operates at a speed of 20 units per minute. In different conditions, it produces between 40 and 60 pouches every minute depending on the dimensions of the bag and how the product moves. To accommodate larger items, it creates pouches with a maximum width of 420 mm. By using a center seal system and a strong assembly for sealing, the machine makes closures that are reliable and uniform. Because of this design, the machine limits how much the product is contaminated or damaged during the process.
