This Oil Packaging is a fully automatic system that consists of stainless steel. It is designed to fill and seal center seal pouches for edible oils with exact measurements. It processes heat sealable films that have layers and roll widths between 200 mm and 450 mm. For the production of pouches, the machine creates items that are 80 - 200 mm wide and 100 - 300 mm long. When you require specific dimensions, the machine adjusts to your desired pack size. By using volumetric cup, auger or weigh fillers, the system accommodates different levels of liquid thickness plus needs for exactness. It is certain that the fills remain steady across ranges from 50 g to 1 kg. With a capacity of up to 1 800 pouches in one hour and a speed for packing of 35 - 80 pouches every minute, the machine operates at a high rate. Since the construction is made of strong stainless steel, it is appropriate for food production that must be clean. Maintenance and cleaning are simple tasks because of this material. As a product of India, the machine functions in a way that is dependable but also occupies a small amount of floor space. To achieve an efficient plant layout, the small size of the machine is helpful.
