Product Details
Masala mixing machine is designed for homogeneous blending of spice powders and seasoning mixes in batch production. The machine has a vessel that holds 1 000 liters during operation and has a total space of 1 200 liters. In this container, an agitator in the shape of a ribbon moves the materials so that they combine evenly and do not collect in corners. It is made entirely from stainless steel that reflects light like a mirror. Because of this metal, the machine stays clean, does not rust and has surfaces that users can wash easily for the production of food. For the containment of small particles, a strong shaft uses a gland packing seal to stop materials from escaping while the machine runs. As the shape of the blender is precise, the ingredients mix in the same way throughout the entire space - this design is helpful because it allows a person to make the same recipe many times with the same results.
