Product Details
As a single phase system, the 1 HP Automatic Snack Packing Machine operates automatically with a 1 HP drive. In this machine a multi head weigher measures snacks into portions quickly and precisely for placement into pouches that hold 5 - 50 g. To achieve a specific output, the device produces up to 30 PPM, which is between 30 and 60 pouches every minute based on the dimensions of the product plus the pouch. Due to a practical capacity of 500 pouches per hour, the machine maintains an even speed while it controls the weight for small-to-medium production lines. Because the design creates a center seal and the materials are food grade, the seals are regular in quality but also the handling of items is hygienic. For the operators, the controls are simple so that they can change recipes easily and spend less time in training.
