The 1 HP Automatic Namkeen Packing Machine is a system that uses a single phase electricity supply and a 1 HP motor to automate the process of filling plus sealing pouches. For the container material, it uses BOPP to create center seal bags. As for the quantity, it accommodates amounts that weigh between 10 g and 1 kg. In an hour the machine produces approximately 500 pouches. To measure the snacks, a linear weigher weighs the items quickly and repeats the process accurately. By using this method, the system keeps the amount of extra product low but also does not break snacks that are easily damaged. When an operator uses the machine, they can manage the controls easily and switch between different settings in a short amount of time. Due to the way the manufacturer built the machine with strong materials, it does not require frequent repairs as well as does not rely heavily on the skills of the person who operates it.
