Product Details
The Bhujia Sev Packing Machine is a fully automatic unit that forms, fills and seals containers. It is made of stainless steel plus functions at high speeds to pack bhujia, sev and other snacks in a clean manner. For its operations, the machine uses BOPP films. It produces pouches that have a center seal, a pillow shape or a gusseted shape. To create various packaging formats, the machine allows operators to adjust the pouch length so that it matches the collar but also the product type. In each pouch the machine can hold between 30 and 60 grams of material. On an hourly basis, the output is as high as 3 000 pouches, which is equal to 20 or 30 pouches every minute. By using this equipment, a facility increases the amount of product it processes and ensures that the weight of the fill is the same every time. Due to the small size of the machine as well as its requirement for 2.5 kW of single phase power, users can install it easily - those features also mean that the machine uses less electricity when it runs on small or medium production lines. As the machine is built from stainless steel that is safe for food, it is easy for workers to keep the equipment sanitary and to perform maintenance - this construction leads to less time when the machine is not working or less effort when staff clean the parts.
