Auger Filler Health Drink Powders (Bournvita, Horlicks, etc.) Machine is a semi-automatic pouch packing system designed for precise filling and center sealing of malt-based and health drink powders. The machine produces approximately 1000 pouches every hour - it uses a mechanism with an auger to dose the material - this method ensures that the weight of each pouch is the same and that very little product is lost. As the frame weighs 650 kg and the motor is 1 Hp at 440 V, the machine is stable. There is a low amount of vibration during operation. On that account the machine is suitable for the continuous production of food plus nutraceuticals. In the center sealing process, the machine creates small pouches that do not leak - those pouches are for retail sales of fortified drink mixes like Bournvita or Horlicks. By handling sticky powders in an efficient way, the machine reduces the amount of dust in the air. Because of this feature, the packing area is clean and the pouches are visualy neat.
