The 7.5 HP Automatic Peanut Packing Machine is an apparatus that consists of stainless steel. It is a multihead weigher that operates without manual intervention. By using this design, the machine packs peanuts into BOPP pouches that feature a seal in the center. In this process the machine maintains clean conditions and creates pouches that look the same. As it functions a motor that produces 7.5 HP provides the power. For its electrical needs, it uses a single phase supply at 220V. It is a stable system for businesses that operate at a medium scale. To measure productivity, it completes 10 - 20 pouches every minute. On a typical schedule, the machine produces approximately 500 pouches in one hour. There is a multihead weighing system that measures portions quickly and with a high degree of exactness. With this technology, the machine fills packs that weigh between 10 g and 50 g. If the flow of the product changes, the system limits the amount of extra product in each bag and ensures that packs weigh the amount that the user intends.
