The Cassia (Bark) Spices Oils Distillation Plants, Capacity: 5 TPD processes five tonnes of raw material each day. Mech O Tech Llp built the still from high grade stainless steel. The plant extracts essential oil from cassia bark and additional spices. Semi-automatic controls let users set speed through a frequency inverter. The motor runs on standard industrial voltage plus accepts different power supplies. Engineers built the frame so that extra parts fit without modification. Each cycle keeps power use low while the full five tonne charge moves through the retort. Gauges show temperature, pressure and oil yield so operators see exact values. Indian manufacture gives the steelwork a long working life. Few manual steps remain, because sensors open valves but also cut heat once the batch ends. Spice processors who need steady oil output and solid construction gain an all-in-one unit.
