These fans produce air flow at low pressure with high air volume. The fan impeller will be in Presser Die Casting aluminium and the casing will be in MS.An axial flow fan is a type of industrial fan used to cool machines and equipment which heat up after use. Axial flow fans are the type of compressor, which produces airflow parallel to the axis, thus the name.There are three basic types of axial fans: propeller, tube-axial, and vane-axial. Propeller fans are most commonly used for dilution ventilation or cooling.In general, an axial-flow fan is suitable for a larger flow rate with a relatively small pressure gain and a centrifugal fan for comparatively smaller flow rate and a large pressure rise. They are used to supply fresh air, to suck air from return air trenches, to suck air from rotary filters, to exhaust air out etc.Vane-axial fans tend to be the most efficient fans available for HVAC air-handling units—with efficiencies reaching up to 85%—largely because the direction of the airflow is little changed as it passes through the fan.
