Roll Forming Machine defined as a continuous high volume, Metal Forming process in which a desired shape is foamed from a flat strip of metal by passing it through rolls.A roll forming machine accomplishes the fabrication process by sending sheet metal—most commonly coiled steel—through a series of fixed rollers, which continuously and incrementally bend the metal into the required form. During the forming process, the forming machine supplies work to the workpiece in the form of energy. This energy is used to overcome the deformation resistance of the material and to initiate and maintain the formation of the workpiece.
