Jas enterprises offers three type of Chapati Making machines as below:-

(Type I) Semi automatic foot operated chapati Maker it consist of aluminum casted with non-stick coating two numbers plate, lower plate is heated by LPG / CNG gas and upper plate is heated by 1.5 Kw. electric heater, temperature is controlled by thermostatic control and thickens is adjusted by adjustment hinges which is given on the back side of the Machine. Complete unit is mounted on fabricated angle stand and cover with stainless steel. It is most economical range of chapati making machine. It required 36 inch length X 14 inch width X 46 inch height floor space just only for machine and this Semi automatic foot operated chapati Maker can produce up to 500 to 600 chapati per hour capacity is given for guideline but it is purely depend on the efficiency of the operator. (Type II) Automatic raw chapatti & Puri making machine Dough just needs to be fed into the hopper and at the outlet one gets raw chapati or puri. Apart from this no oil is required. Thus this machine offer oil free, hygienic chapatis at economical prices. This raw chapatti & Puri making machine is presented with suitable silicon controlled rectifier rated DC motor with base speed 300 to 3000 RPM electric motor with variable speed DC drive which converts incoming single-phase AC volts to DC volts. During this conversion process, DC drive regulates Speed, torque, voltage and current conditions of the DC motor. One set of TEFLON coated roll with thickness setting arrangement, flour sprinkling arrangement, one number die roll, endless PVC food grade belt is mounted on stainless steel covered fabricated angle stand. This machine is able to produce 1000 to 1200 chapatis per hour or 1500 to 1800 puri per hour depends on the diameter of chapati and puri and required little space 98 inches length X 24 inches width X 43 inches height. (Type III) Fully roasted and ready to eat chapati produce by fully automatic chapati making machine. With Gas as fuel and capacity of 2500 to 3000 chapati per hour and more depending upon Jas model no, diameter, thickness and skill of the equipment operator; these machines are highly productive and cost effective. Consist, dough sheeting, rotary die cutting, roasting with puffing. Dough just needs to be fed into the hopper and dough is passed from three layered dough sheeting machine each and every pass reduce the thickness of chapati. This three pass having 2 pass from set of seasoned wood roll and 1 pass from one set of TEFLON coated roll, with gauge adjustment for sheet thickness. After sheeting, dough sheet come automatically on flour sprinkled endless food grade conveyer belt thus dough sheet cannot stick with endless food grade conveyer belt. A rotary cutting is would be fitted on a roller for smooth and accurate cutting roti, chapati as per the desired size. There would be a provision for shifting the generated Chapati scrap back to the hopper. Chapati roasting oven machine consist with two layer mild steel flat top chain base heat resist silver smooth surface paint coated conveyer belt heated by heavy duty ribbon gas burners for roasting both side of chapati and one layer of mild steel flat top with round holes chain base heat resist silver smooth surface paint coated conveyer belt heated by ribbon “v” type gas burner for puffing the chapati. Complete unit is covered with stainless steel cover for safety and hygienic purpose. This complete in-line chapati making machine required 15 FEET Length X 4 FEET width X 5 feet height and produce 2500 to 3000 chapatis per hour depends on the diameter of chapati. Now Jas offer also smaller capacity machine 1000 to 1200 chapatis per hour.
