It is a composite unit; packaged with a table for evisceration and a portioning machine for cut-ups. A optional water chiller can be attached to the line to add value to the final product. The unit addresses public health and hygiene concerns which chicken cutting shops in daily markets fail to do.

Its used for Retail shops that processes around 500 birds per day.

Cabinet is made by SS304 Materials.

1.    Chicken cutting machine With Table

Easily Clean and cut the portion of the birds. SS304 Heavy duty material. Belt Drive machine with special table to collect the chicken portion easily.

2.    5 Killing cones

For Easy Halal of Birds with blood collection hopper and plastic drum for Collecting blood  

3.    Evisceration Table

SS304 Heavy duty Material used for dressing bird and removing waste materials. Plastic drum provided for collecting waste materials.

4.    Hot Water Tank 

      SS304 Heavy duty Material , Gas fitting arrangement , Temperature Gauge to check temperature of water. Suitable to dip birds for scalding before de-feathering. 

5.    De-feathering Machine – 5 Birds

To easily remove feather of the chicken. Gear box Drive.0.5 hp , 1ph Motor.ss304 heavy duty material 

6.    Double sink

To clean and wash carcass birds.ss304 heavy duty material
