Mill Power BP20 (20 HP) Masala Grinding Machine is a high-capacity commercial pulverizer engineered for continuous spice grinding, stable operation, and consistent fineness control. Manufactured by Mill Power Pvt. Ltd. (Since 1983 – 40 Years of TRUST), BP20 is ideal for medium-to-large masala manufacturing units, spice processors, bulk traders, and ayurvedic/herbal plants that need strong daily output with reliable performance. BP20 is available in Mild Steel (MS) or SS304 stainless steel full body, made with heavy-duty ISI metals for long life and industrial durability. It supports 220V / 415V, 50Hz and can be configured for Single Phase / Three Phase as per your installation requirement. With 20 HP power, BP20 delivers approx. 200 kg/hr production capacity (material dependent) with around 15 kWh power consumption—suitable for continuous batch and production-line operations. (Motor price is extra and depends on motor brand like Crompton or other make.) For smooth running under heavy load, the machine uses a Balanced Beater mechanism mounted on an MS heavy-duty fabrication structure, helping reduce vibration and maintain stable grinding performance during long hours. It comes with a 3-screen set & all accessories to control particle size and achieve the required masala texture. For operational safety and load monitoring, BP20 includes an AMP meter with optimal cable setup, allowing operators to track current draw and prevent overload. Installation can be done with an anti-vibration pad, and depending on flooring condition and working load, a foundation may be recommended for maximum stability. Power transmission is provided through a single or double belt & pulley mechanism depending on model requirement, ensuring reliable torque transfer for different spices and herbal materials. BP20 is suitable for grinding all masala items such as chilli, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, clove, dry leaves, and ayurvedic herbs, delivering consistent output and batch uniformity.
