Mill Power BP7.5 (7.5 HP) Masala Grinding Machine is a commercial pulverizer built for higher daily output, stable continuous grinding, and controlled fineness. Manufactured by Mill Power Pvt. Ltd. (Since 1983 – 40 Years of TRUST), BP7.5 is a strong choice for spice processing units, masala manufacturers, bulk traders, and ayurvedic/herbal plants that require consistent quality with reliable performance. BP7.5 is available in Mild Steel (MS) or SS304 Stainless Steel full body, made from heavy-duty ISI metals to handle tough industrial working conditions. The machine operates on 220V / 415V, 50Hz and supports Single Phase / Three Phase configurations based on your power availability. With 7.5 HP power, it delivers approx. 75–80 kg/hr capacity (material dependent) with around 5.5 kWh power consumption. (Motor price is extra and depends on motor brand like Crompton or other make.) For smooth, low-vibration performance, BP7.5 uses a Balanced Beater mechanism mounted on an MS heavy-duty fabrication structure, helping maintain steady RPM and uniform grinding across long working hours. The machine includes a 3-screen set & all accessories to adjust mesh and achieve the required masala fineness. For safer operation and load monitoring, BP7.5 is equipped with an AMP meter & optimal cable setup, allowing operators to track current draw and prevent overload during grinding. Installation can be done using an anti-vibration pad, and depending on flooring strength and running hours, a foundation may be recommended for best stability. Power transmission is through a single or double belt & pulley mechanism depending on model requirement, ensuring dependable torque transfer for different spice and herbal materials. BP7.5 is suitable for grinding all masala items including chilli, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, clove, dry leaves, and ayurvedic herbs, delivering consistent output and batch uniformity.
