Mill Power BP5LSS304 Masala Grinding Machine is a heavy-duty, hygienic spice pulverizer designed for continuous commercial use in spice shops, food processing units, cloud kitchens, and ayurvedic/herbal grinding businesses. Manufactured by Mill Power Pvt. Ltd. (Since 1983 – 40 Years of TRUST), this model is built for customers who want higher capacity, strong build quality, and SS304 food-grade finishing. The BP5LSS304 comes with a full SS304 Stainless Steel body made from heavy-duty ISI metals, providing excellent resistance against corrosion and making it suitable for food-grade operations. Powered by a 5 HP motor, it delivers approx. 50 kg/hr production capacity (depending on raw material and required fineness) with around 3.6 kWh power consumption. The machine supports 220V / 415V, 50Hz and is available in Single Phase / Three Phase options as per site power supply. (Motor price is extra and depends on motor brand such as Crompton or other make.) For consistent grinding performance, BP5LSS304 uses a Balanced Beater mechanism mounted on an MS heavy-duty fabrication structure, ensuring stable operation and uniform output. To control fineness and output quality, the machine is supplied with a 3-screen set with all accessories, allowing you to process multiple spices and herbs with the desired mesh size. The unit includes an AMP meter & optimal cable setup for monitoring load during operation, helping protect the motor and improve operator safety. Installation can be done using an anti-vibration pad, and for high-load continuous production, foundation may be recommended based on floor condition and usage hours. Drive transmission is provided through a single or double belt & pulley mechanism, depending on model requirements and torque needs, ensuring smooth power transfer during heavy grinding. BP5LSS304 is suitable for grinding all masala items such as chilli, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, clove, dry leaves, and ayurvedic herbs, making it an ideal choice for growing businesses that need reliable output and durable SS304 construction.
