Mill Power BP15 Masala Grinding Machine is a high-output, heavy-duty spice pulverizer built for commercial grinding units, masala manufacturers, food processing plants, and ayurvedic/herbal powder production. Manufactured by Mill Power Pvt. Ltd. (Since 1983 – 40 Years of TRUST), BP15 is engineered for users who need higher capacity, stable performance, and long-life construction for continuous production. Powered by a 15 HP motor, the BP15 delivers approx. 150 kg/hr production capacity (output depends on raw material and required fineness) with around 11 kWh energy consumption. The machine supports 220V / 415V, 50Hz and is available in Single Phase / Three Phase configurations as per installation requirement. The body is offered in Mild Steel or full SS304 Stainless Steel, manufactured using heavy-duty ISI metals for durability, strength, and (in SS304) better hygiene for food-grade operations. (Motor price is extra and depends on motor make such as Crompton or other brands.) For consistent grinding quality and reduced vibration, BP15 uses a Balanced Beater mechanism mounted on an MS heavy-duty fabrication structure, designed for stable running under heavy load. To achieve different fineness levels, the machine is supplied with a 3 Screen Set with all accessories, helping process a wide range of spices and herbs efficiently. An AMP Meter & optimal cable setup supports safe operation by monitoring electrical load and assisting in overload control. BP15 is suitable for grinding all masala items like chilli, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, clove, dry leaves, and ayurvedic herbs. Installation can be done with an anti-vibration pad, and depending on floor condition and continuous usage, foundation may be recommended. Drive transmission is via a single or double belt & pulley mechanism, based on model requirement and torque needs, ensuring smooth power transfer for heavy grinding.
