Mill Power BP10 (10 HP) Masala Grinding Machine is a heavy-duty pulverizer engineered for high-output spice grinding, controlled fineness, and stable continuous operation. Made by Mill Power Pvt. Ltd. (Since 1983 – 40 Years of TRUST), BP10 is ideal for masala manufacturers, spice wholesalers, food-processing units, and ayurvedic/herbal plants that need consistent quality with dependable daily production. BP10 is available in Mild Steel (MS) or SS304 stainless steel full body, manufactured using heavy-duty ISI metals for long service life in demanding working conditions. It supports 220V / 415V, 50Hz and can be configured for Single Phase / Three Phase as per site requirement. With 10 HP power, the machine delivers approx. 100 kg/hr capacity (material dependent) with around 7.5 kWh power consumption. (Motor price is extra and depends on motor brand like Crompton or other make.) For smooth running and uniform grinding results, BP10 uses a Balanced Beater mechanism on an MS heavy-duty fabrication structure, helping reduce vibration during continuous batches and improving batch-to-batch consistency. It includes a 3-screen set with all accessories for particle size control to produce the required masala texture. For safer operation and load monitoring, the machine is fitted with an AMP meter and optimal cable setup, allowing operators to track current draw and avoid overload. Installation can be done with an anti-vibration pad, and depending on flooring and operating load, a foundation may be recommended for maximum stability. Power transmission is provided through a single or double belt & pulley mechanism depending on model requirement, ensuring dependable torque transfer across different spices and herbs. BP10 is suitable for grinding all masala items, including chilli, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, clove, dry leaves, and ayurvedic herbs, delivering consistent output and uniform fineness. Mill Power also offers the complete BP series—BP2 to BP50—with production capacities from 20 kg/hr up to 500 kg/hr, backed by MSME / ISO / CE certifications and exported to 30+ countries.
