Chocolate mixing machine is used to mix the raw materials for chocolate after cooled dough to get a required hardness. In this machine a dough carrier which carries the after cooled dough can be ridden which is lifted by sliding blocks in the legs of the machine. These legs are operated by a hydraulic cylinder. Thus the mass in the dough carrier comes in contact with rotating pulling arms. The pulling arm fixed on two vertical shafts which are linked to each other by two equal gears so their rotations synchronous but in opposite direction. Each shaft is driven by Hydro motor. The Hydraulic Pump unit delivers the hydraulic energy for the pulling and lifting movements.
