ChocoMan Melt 12-2C revolutionary features include a Night Heater which melts the chocolate slabs for you overnight so that no time is wasted in the morning. Completely crafted from prime stainless steel, ChocoMan Melt 12-2C Chocolate Melter is fitted with 2 Chocolate Containers. One can melt 4 kgs and the other 8 kgs of Chocolate at one time using air or water. Fitted with an electronic Temperature Controller to melt chocolate to precise temperatures and prevent scorching the chocolate. Comes with Stainless Steel lids as standard.
