ChocoMan Melt 6 Chocolate Melter is a Table Top model ideally suited for Bakers, Chocolatiers and Star Hotels. ChocoMan Melt 6 revolutionary features include a Night Heater which melts the chocolate slabs for you overnight so that no time is wasted in the morning. Crafted from prime stainless steel, ChocoMan Melt 6 Chocolate Melter can melt 6 - 8 kgs of Chocolate at one time using air or water. Fitted with an electronic Temperature Controller, making it suitable for tempering chocolate. ChocoMan Vibrating Table VT-03 is crafted from Food-Grade 304 Stainless Steel and fitted with an Italian noiseless and trouble-free Vibratory Motor. The Vibrating Table accommodates 3 moulds at one time – 2 moulds on the Vibrator portion and one mould on the Grille portion. The latter is used to remove chocolate from the mould to make space for the centre-filling in the mould. This Table-top machine has also been fitted with a convenient Foot Pedal allowing the user to use both hands while operating the machine with his/her foot. A Stainless steel Tray is also included in the package.
