Raw Materials:

Cement: OPC 53 Grade

Fly Ash: Only from Thermal Power Plants 

Foaming Agent: Protein Based (Available from Nanolite in Whatever Quantities Required)

Fibre: Glass Based (Available from Nanolite in Whatever Quantities Required)

Water: Soft Water (TDS Less Than 500)

Investment: 

Nanolite has developed equipment that can be started with very less Investment, suitable for start-up units. 

15m³ Capacity Plant @ Rs. 3,50,000 & 30m³ Capacity Plant @ Rs. 4,15,000 /- (Excluding Trolleys & Molds) 

Our Recommendation would be to opt for 30m³ Plant and keep only 40 - 50 molds as a start-up.

Molds can be increased later depending upon the sales. This will help you in keeping initial investment under control and at the same time, ready for expansion.

Finish of Brick / Block:

Smooth Finish: Through Normal Battery Mold

Rough Finish: Through Wire Cutting Machine

Any of the above 2 can be selected depending upon your requirement. (Please check the attached quotes for costings of different models)

 Costings:

Production Cost:  This is generally in between Rs. 1700 – 2400 / m³ which include all the Raw Materials, Labour & Power

Market Price: This is generally in between Rs. 3000 – 4500 / m³ which Includes / Excludes Transportation & Taxes

You can calculate the production cost of CLC Bricks / m³ at your place 

Profit Margins: On average, there’s profit margin of Rs. 500 – 1000 / m³ and as per this calculation, 

Break-Even / ROI can be achieved as less as 5 to 6 months. 

Even if we take only 50 – 60% efficiency, Break-Even / ROI can be achieved in 10 to 12 Months.

Curing: 14 (Minimum) - 28 (Maximum) Days Water Curing
