With servo valve technology of (Bosch-Rexroth or other imported make) assures continuous monitoring & correction of Y1 and Y2 parallelism through CNC controlStroke depth measurement through Electronic liner scales upto 5 Microns resolutionOne side bending without any damage to guiding systemCNC X-Axis (Back Gauge) travels on two Ball Screws and hard chromed Rod through Roller Cage guidingCNC X-Axis (Back Gauge) driven by A. C. Servo Motor (Imported Make) and Encoder with close loop controlManual anti deflection system (optional):Anti Deflection System comprises of two specially designed wedges. To achieve accurate bending throughout the full length, Anti Deflection System is fitted in the bed.
