Automatic Combined Asphalt Drum Mix & Wet Mix Plant is a versatile, all-in-one construction machine that efficiently produces both hot mix asphalt (HMA) for top layers and wet mix macadam (WMM) for base layers, sharing common components like aggregate feeders and screens, offering cost-effectiveness, higher capacity, and automation for modern road building by handling aggregate drying, mixing, and precise proportioning in a single unit. How It Works Common Feeders: Cold aggregates from multiple bins are fed by individual motors and conveyors. Screening: A vibrating screen removes oversize material before aggregates enter the drum. Drying & Mixing Drum: Heated aggregates and bitumen are mixed for hot mix asphalt, or water/binder for wet mix, ensuring uniform quality. Automated Control: A central panel controls temperature, moisture, and mix proportions for consistency. Load Out: A gob hopper ensures controlled discharge of the finished mix.
