Techplast Testing Machines – Fully Auto Melt Flow Index Tester, Model: MFI-A2 Techplast Fully Automatic Melt Flow Index Tester MFI-A2 is a high-precision laboratory testing machine designed to measure the melt flow rate (MFR) and melt volume rate (MVR) of thermoplastic materials as per ASTM D1238 and ISO 1133 standards. The machine is widely used in plastic, polymer, masterbatch, packaging, pipe, film, PET, HDPE, PP, and injection molding industries for quality control and raw material analysis. The MFI-A2 comes with a microprocessor-based PID temperature controller ensuring accurate temperature control up to 400°C with excellent repeatability and stability. The fully automatic cutting system, digital timer, and user-friendly operation improve testing efficiency and reduce operator error. This Melt Flow Index Tester is suitable for testing LDPE, HDPE, PP, ABS, PVC, PET, Polymer Granules, Plastic Raw Materials, and Engineering Plastics.
