Product Details
Silent Feature Lightweight construction for easy erection and transport. The special undercarriage consists of spreader auger to spread the concrete to level, The vibratory cylinder to compact and finish the concrete to the grade. Vibratory finishing cylinder bracket for compaction and finishing. The machine can be used alternatively for bed and slope concrete lining. A special arrangement is made for PVC inserter, which can insert PVC longitudinally as well as vertically. Also, groove cutter arrangement is made, whichever is required. 4 nos, manually adjustable heavy duty mechanical jacks are provided for maintaining the machine level. Leveling screws (rail) jacks are used level the rails on which the machine moves to maintain the smoothness or surface & to avoid the irregular paving. Advantages We have installed gear motor in undercarriage for "finishing cylinder continues speed" which maintain the RPM steadily. Hydraulic console unit - width and travel speed is variable and controlled by a single operator very smoothly rather than an electric machine. Low initial investment in generator set and low operating running cost. Hence better pay-back on investment. Adaptability for upgradation to suit different application. Optimum use of power for an improved overall efficiency of the machine.
