The nitrogen packaging system essentially involves replacing oxygen with nitrogen in food packing. To begin with, the food item to be preserved is placed in an unsealed wrapping or pack. Once this is done, food-grade nitrogen is introduced into the packing, driving out oxygen-rich air as well as any moisture present.Continuous band sealers operate by having the pouch sealed and conveyed through one or two continuously heated jaws. With a conveyor this results in packaging that is much faster than a bar sealer, as the operator does not have to wait for the seal cycle to finish.Nitrogen Gas Flushing Machine: Gas flushing Continuous Sealer is ideal for packaging of fried items like chips, mixture, nuts etc. This sealer is provided with a temperature controller to control the sealing temperature and a variable speed drive for adjusting the sealing and conveyor speed.
