ADDAGE Corrosion Inhibitor is a colourless solution containing corrosion inhibitor it is used forpreparing anti-corrosive treatment which can be applied on steel reinforcement rods for corrosionprotection and alkaline nature Compound.It is compatible with OPC Cement or Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC) to form Cement Slurry andis applied in one or two coat on steel surface to protect it from the attack of Sulphate, Chloride ionsand salts to keep the steel surface in high pH atmosphere. This coating provides a highly alkaline andpassive environment to rod surface. With addition of the proper corrosion inhibitor the attack ofSulphate and Chloride ions can be prevented on metal surface.PROPERTIESExcellent Adhesion to steel Concrete and mortar.Alkaline pHKeep the Steel surface at high pH atmosphere.APPLICATIONReinforcing bar in concrete used for construction on large scale such as bridges, dams, piers, high-rise buildings.
