Counter-flow cooler for pellet. The counter-flow cooler, EOLO, has the function of cooling the pellets after the dicing and coating phases. Eolo cooler is specifically designed for Pet Food, Fish Food and Animal Feed. Up to 30 Ton/h for speed. Animal Feed and Pet Food Production Systems.The counterflow cooler represents the solution with the best cost/performance ratio of pellet cooling. With rotary distributor, the pellets can be cooled evenly in the bin room. Cooling air reverse the pellets and the pellet is cooled from the bottom to top gradually, thus the cooling time is increased.The pellet cooler takes advantage of counter current cooling principle to cool the pellet material with high temperature high humidity. It can avoid the shock cooling phenomenon when the cold air contacts with the hot material, thus can prevent the pellet appearance generating crazings.
