Product Details
The Dal Mill Round Sorting Unit sorts moong, chana, masoor, toor and every other pulse. It runs in manual, automatic or semi automatic mode - each user picks the level of automation that suits the work. Head pulses return at a rate of 80 - 90 percent, which keeps quality high. Output reaches up to half a ton each hour, a volume that fits small or medium dal plants. A single phase or three phase motor of 1 - 3 HP drives the machine. Broken pulses stay between 2 plus 3 percent - waste stays low. The frame is mild steel - the 6-feet 250 model withstands long use. The set includes rollers, elevators, grinders and polishers that together mill but also sort the stock. The unit gives dal processors a steady, practical way to separate pulses.
