These machines are used to mix the various ingredients used for making detergents. The ingredients include color, perfume, slurry and more. This is made from qualitative grades of raw material and is designed in accordance with various quality standards.There are three ways to produce powder detergent: blender, agglomeration, and slurry method. The last one, performed in a spray drying tower, is the most reliable one. It comprises seven essential steps, from dosing and mixing raw ingredients to post-processing and packaging of the product, The washing powder formula comprises 5 to 15kg of perlite, 5 to 15kg of emulsifier/surfactant, 5 to 10kg of tourmalinite powder, 0.5 to 1.5kg of a skin care agent, 0.5 to 1.5kg of a natural bactericide and 85 to 75kg of water.Moreover, what are the different raw materials that are used in detergent powders? They are soda ash, carboxymethyl chloride, sodium perborate, lather forming chemical, colors, and perfume. This depresses acid bleary and makes the process alkaline.
