We manufacture “Detergent Cake Plodder Machine” which are used to produce detergent cakes with good finish, The plodder (extrusion machine) is an important piece of equipment in the entire soap plant. It plays a major role in giving a final shape in bar form soap mass. In the first stage soap is compressed, homogenized and supplied to the vacuum chamber in shape of noodles, Normally, soap is formed into bars by discharging the plastic soap mass through a plodder nozzle having a cross section corresponding to the thickness and width of the final bar. The extruded, continuous log is then cut into segments equal to the desired bar length.The Soap Extruders (also called Soap Plodders) are studied to refine, homogenize and extrude the processed soap (soap noodles + perfume + color) coming from the Mixer. The Extrusion Cone ensures the extrusion of a compacted soap bar Synthetic detergent in powder form is widely used in household cleaning of cloth and other articles. Detergent powder can be formulated to suit washing machine application. Detergent cake is marketed as detergent material in India due to century old practice of washing cloth using soap bar.Detergent Cake is detergent in cake form, which can be used with hand as well as in soft water. Detergent cakes are generally formulated using one or more surfactants to improve their cleaning performance and make them good even for use in hard water conditions.
