Febtech's Die Coat Auto Mixing Unit is for a stable dilution ratio of the mold lubricant and water, which can feed the compound liquid forcefully to the Automatic Spray unit of any Die Casting Machine.The main function of the coating is to provide a degree of insulation which is intended to prevent premature solidification of the molten metal, and thereby enable the complete filling of the die cavity before solidification starts.Dental die materials are used to create dental models featuring dies of the preparations for restorative cases. These materials can be gypsums or silicones or other types of materials that can be poured into a dental impression to solidify into a die model.Application. Dilute the coating with soft water in the ratio 1:4(Product : Water) mix uniformly and apply coating by spraying. The application of the coating is varies from very thin, where maximum chilling is required and thick on runners, feeders, thin cast sections, etc.
